holiday cards from shutterfly

Can I confess something to you? This is embarassing, but I have not done Christmas cards for the past 2 years! Yes, 2! Fall and early winter is the busiest time of year in my field, so Christmas cards always fall to the end of my to-do list under buying gifts and decorating. I haven't ever sent out cards from the husband and I as husband and wife since we got married. SERIOUSLY.

So earlier this week, I bookmarked Bakrella's website, not for her sweet treats, but for the Shutterfly cards she featured.

I made a commitment to myself after last year that I am going to send out Christmas cards this year, darnit. Just look at all the photos on this one! It's called the Merry Bright Wishes card. I love the modern font. It's cheerful and warm while having clean lines.

And this one - called Peppermint Pink. You can choose your initial! And it has polka dots!

When I went to Shutterfly's section of holiday cards, I also saw this gem:

Even though the photos are reasonably small, this card is PERFECT for a key reason - you don't have to write a big long story about how you're doing because the card does all the talking! It doesn't require another sheet of paper that you typed on your computer and stuck in there, mucking up your presentation out of the envelope. It's a winner! I think I'm going to use these and spring for a fancy return-address stamp. Since I haven't purchased one since we bought our house and all. Yeah. All of my correspondence has taken place with free address labels, some bearing my mispelled name. Not even kidding!

Though I planned on posting this on my own anyway, Shutterfly offered me 50 free holiday cards in exchange for sharing my favorites with you.

If you're a blogger, you can also get 50 free holiday cards from Shutterfly! Happy creating.

We used to love Shutterfly and the thought of 50 free cards is cool. But, we've been using Send Out Cards for a year now and are actually MAKING money by sending cards through them and helping others send cards through them (and making money themselves).

Send Out Cards is fully customizable and allows you to use as many pictures as you want, send out personalized cards in your own handwriting and with your own signature right from your computer and you can send gifts this way, too!

I'm happy to give you and your readers a couple of free Send Out Cards to send out as an early holiday gift to you all.

Just go to www.sendoutcards.com/gradea to send out a card or two on me.

Happy Holidays!!!

Andy
